Z TYPE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE
Z TYPE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE
The electromagnetic pulse valve produced by Starmachine company has advanced design, mature technology, well-equipped, and the selection of high-quality materials, so the products made have the following characteristics:
1.Can provide 20, 25, 40S, 50S, 62S, 76S six specifications of the valve for a variety of different treatment (purification) air volume of pulse bag dust collector selection.
2.Valve body, valve cover die-cast compact, surface covered with transparent paint, improve corrosion resistance
3.The gasket on the diaphragm is made of metal and rubber composite, with good rigidity and no leakage.
4.The electromagnetic pilot head has large suction force, sensitive and reliable action.
5.The opening performance of the valve is good, and it can be opened normally when the rated voltage is 85%.
6.valve closing performance is good, can be reliably closed at 0.15Mpa air pressure.
7.All other parts and components of the same model and specification can be common and interchangeable.8.The performance is stable and reliable, and the service life of the diaphragm reaches more than 1 million times or three years.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The air chamber of the electromagnetic pulse valve is divided into the front and the back two air chambers by the diaphragm. When the air chamber is filled, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole, and the pressure of the rear air chamber will block the output end of the valve, so that the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed.
The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller drives the moving iron core of the electromagnetic pilot head to move, thus opening the vent hole of the rear air chamber. The rapid pressure loss of the rear air chamber causes the diaphragm to move back, and the compressed air is sprayed through the output end of the valve to open the electromagnetic pulse valve.
The pulse injection control instrument electrical signal is terminated, the moving iron core of the electromagnetic pilot head returns to block the vent hole of the rear air chamber, and the pressure of the rear air chamber quickly rises to make the diaphragm block the output end of the valve, so that the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed.
