DMF-Y SOLENOID PULSE VALVE WORKING PRINCIPLE

THE STARMACHINE COMPANY'S  WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE DMF-Y SUBMERGED SOLENOID PULSE VALVE IS THAT THE DIAPHRAGM DIVIDES THE PULSE VALVE INTO TWO CHAMBERS, THE FRONT AND THE REAR. WHEN COMPRESSED AIR IS CONNECTED, THE COMPRESSED AIR ENTERS THE REAR CHAMBER THROUGH THE AIR FLOW HOLE. 

AT THIS TIME, THE PRESSURE IN THE REAR CHAMBER TIGHTLY ADHERES THE DIAPHRAGM TO THE OUTLET OF THE VALVE, AND THE PULSE VALVE IS IN THE CLOSED STATE. WHEN THE ELECTRICAL SIGNAL OF THE PULSE CONTROLLER CAUSES THE ARMATURE OF THE PULSE VALVE TO MOVE, THE VENT HOLE OF THE REAR AIR CHAMBER OF THE VALVE OPENS, THE REAR AIR CHAMBER RAPIDLY LOSES PRESSURE, THE DIAPHRAGM MOVES, AND COMPRESSED AIR IS BLOWN THROUGH THE VALVE OUTPUT PORT, PUTTING THE PULSE VALVE IN AN OPEN STATE. 

AT THIS MOMENT, A STREAM OF COMPRESSED AIR WAS INSTANTLY EJECTED. THE ELECTRICAL SIGNAL OF THE PULSE CONTROL INSTRUMENT DISAPPEARS, THE ARMATURE OF THE PULSE VALVE RETURNS TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION, THE VENT HOLE OF THE REAR AIR CHAMBER CLOSES, THE PRESSURE OF THE REAR AIR CHAMBER RISES, CAUSING THE DIAPHRAGM TO CLOSELY ADHERE TO THE VALVE OUTLET, AND THE PULSE VALVE IS IN THE CLOSED STATE AGAIN.

THE DMF-Y SERIES ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE IS A COMMON INDUSTRIAL CONTROL COMPONENT, MAINLY USED IN BAG-TYPE DUST REMOVAL EQUIPMENT. THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME MODELS OF THIS SERIES:

THE DMF-Y SUBMERGED SOLENOID PULSE VALVE IS DIVIDED INTO TWO AIR CHAMBERS, THE FRONT AND THE REAR, BY A DIAPHRAGM. WHEN COMPRESSED AIR IS CONNECTED, THE COMPRESSED AIR ENTERS THE REAR AIR CHAMBER THROUGH THE THROTTLE HOLE. AT THIS TIME, THE PRESSURE IN THE REAR AIR CHAMBER TIGHTLY ADHERES THE DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY TO THE OUTPUT PORT OF THE VALVE, AND THE SOLENOID PULSE VALVE IS IN THE CLOSED STATE. 

THE ELECTRICAL SIGNAL OF THE PULSE JET CONTROL INSTRUMENT CAUSES THE ARMATURE OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE TO MOVE BACKWARD, OPENING THE VENT HOLE OF THE REAR AIR CHAMBER OF THE VALVE. THE REAR AIR CHAMBER RAPIDLY LOSES PRESSURE, AND THE DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY MOVES BACKWARD. COMPRESSED AIR IS BLOWN THROUGH THE VALVE OUTPUT PORT, AND THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE IS IN THE OPEN STATE. 

THE ELECTRICAL SIGNAL OF THE PULSE JET CONTROL INSTRUMENT DISAPPEARS, THE ARMATURE OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE RETURNS TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION, THE VENT HOLE OF THE REAR AIR CHAMBER CLOSES, THE PRESSURE IN THE REAR AIR CHAMBER RISES, CAUSING THE DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY TO CLOSELY ADHERE TO THE OUTPUT PORT OF THE VALVE, AND THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE IS IN A CLOSED STATE AGAIN. 

THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE IS THE COMPRESSED AIR SWITCH OF THE PULSE BAG FILTER'S ASH CLEANING AND BLOWING SYSTEM. IT IS DIRECTLY INSTALLED ON THE AIR TANK, FEATURING EXCELLENT DIRECT INJECTION AND RELATIVELY SMALL LOSS OF THE WORKING AIR SOURCE. IT IS SUITABLE FOR OCCASIONS WHERE THE PRESSURE RANGE OF THE GAS SOURCE IS RELATIVELY WIDE. THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE VALVE IS A RIGHT-ANGLE VALVE WITH A 90° ANGLE BETWEEN ITS INLET AND OUTLET. IT IS SUITABLE FOR THE INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF AIR STORAGE TANKS AND DUST REMOVAL BLOW PIPES, ENSURING SMOOTH AIRFLOW AND PROVIDING DUST CLEANING AIR PULSES THAT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
