WORKING PRINCIPLE AND APPLICATIONS OF RCA45DD
RCA45DD IS A SOLENOID VALVE. ITS WORKING PRINCIPLE AND APPLICATION CAN BE FOUND IN THE SEARCH RESULTS. AN ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE IS A DEVICE THAT CONTROLS THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF A VALVE THROUGH THE MAGNETIC FORCE OF AN ELECTROMAGNET AND IS WIDELY USED IN VARIOUS FLUID CONTROL SYSTEMS.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
1.CLOSED CAVITY AND THROUGH HOLES: INSIDE THE SOLENOID VALVE, THERE IS A CLOSED CAVITY. AT DIFFERENT POSITIONS WITHIN THE CAVITY, THROUGH HOLES ARE OPENED, AND EACH HOLE LEADS TO A DIFFERENT OIL PIPE.
2.VALVE BODY AND ELECTROMAGNET: IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAVITY IS THE VALVE BODY, AND ON BOTH SIDES ARE TWO ELECTROMAGNETS. WHEN THE ELECTROMAGNET COIL ON ONE SIDE IS ENERGIZED, THE VALVE BODY WILL BE ATTRACTED TO THAT SIDE.
3.CONTROLLING OIL FLOW: BY CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT OF THE VALVE BODY, DIFFERENT OIL DISCHARGE HOLES CAN BE BLOCKED OR EXPOSED, WHILE THE OIL INLET HOLE IS ALWAYS OPEN. IN THIS WAY, THE HYDRAULIC OIL WILL ENTER DIFFERENT DRAIN PIPES.
4.MECHANICAL MOVEMENT: THE PRESSURE OF THE HYDRAULIC OIL PUSHES THE PISTON OF THE CYLINDER, WHICH IN TURN DRIVES THE PISTON ROD. THE PISTON ROD THEN DRIVES THE MECHANICAL DEVICE TO MOVE. MECHANICAL MOVEMENT CAN BE CONTROLLED BY REGULATING THE CURRENT OF THE ELECTROMAGNET.
SOLENOID VALVES HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS AND ARE MAINLY USED IN THE FOLLOWING FIELDS:
1.FLUID CONTROL SYSTEM: IT IS USED TO CONTROL THE FLOW OF LIQUIDS OR GASES, SUCH AS WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS, PNEUMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, ETC.
