Optipow 105 Pulse Valve Consolidates Core Pneumatic Capabilities for Dust Removal
Optipow 105 is an upgraded domestic-substituted piston pulse valve for dust removal. Replacing fragile diaphragms with stainless steel pistons, it features wide temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and fast response. Compatible with mainstream dust collectors for direct replacement, it cuts operation failures and maintenance costs, and accelerates the localization of environmental protection pneumatic components.
Developed by QINGDAO STAR MACHINE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD, Optipow 105, a high-performance piston electromagnetic pulse valve for domestic substitution, has finished technical upgrading. With optimized structure, weather resistance and pressure control, it overcomes the drawbacks of imported dust removal valves, and serves as a key part for heavy-industry flue gas purification to boost localization of dust removal components.
As a 3-inch core control valve for baghouse ash-blowing systems, Optipow 105 adopts a compact integrated structure. It is fully compatible with mainstream dust collectors in mechanical and electrical interfaces, supporting non-destructive replacement of old valves and cutting renovation costs.
Instead of fragile diaphragm structures used in traditional valves, it equips an integrated stainless steel piston assembly to eliminate common faults such as diaphragm aging and rupture. The wear-resistant structure enables millions of operating cycles, lowering system failure rates and daily maintenance workload.
Validated by third-party tests, the valve works stably at -60℃ to 150℃. The anti-corrosion valve body adapts to harsh flue gas conditions, while millisecond-level switching ensures stable dust collector operation and precise ash-blowing control.
