Polypropylene (PP) filter bags are professional corrosion-resistant filter bags with excellent acid and alkali resistance. Boasting superior hydrolysis resistance, PP dust filter bags can maintain stable filtration performance in high-humidity and corrosive flue gas environments, with a maximum working temperature of 90°C. They are specially designed for harsh working conditions such as chemical plants, sewage treatment workshops and fertilizer production lines with humid flue gas and acid-base dust, effectively solving the aging and damage problems of ordinary filter bags in corrosive industrial environments.

For medium and high-temperature harsh dust removal environments, PPS filter bags and PTFE filter bags are mainstream high-performance industrial filter materials. PPS filter bags support long-term stable operation at 190°C and possess strong acid flue gas resistance, which are widely used in boiler flue gas filtration, metallurgy and thermal power plant dust removal. As high-end ultra-corrosion-resistant filter materials, PTFE filter bags feature excellent high-temperature resistance, chemical stability and anti-sticking performance. They adapt to extreme working conditions with strong acid, strong alkali and high temperature, perfectly meeting the ultra-high emission standards of modern environmental protection industries.
