1. Product Definition
This finished assembly is a Pulse Air Header Assembly (Air Tank Manifold) with pre-mounted multiple electromagnetic pulse valves, the core compressed-air cleaning component for baghouse dust collectors.
2. Structural Breakdown
(1) Main Body: Cylindrical Pressure Air Header Tank
Made of rolled & welded carbon steel plate with anti-corrosion painted exterior, classified as a small pressure vessel requiring hydrostatic and air tightness pressure testing during production.
Core functions:
Store compressed air as an energy buffer to stabilize system pressure fluctuation from air compressors;
Distribute compressed air individually to each pulse valve.
Fittings on tank:
Large inlet pipe: Main compressed air supply port connecting to compressor main pipeline;
Pressure gauge: Real-time monitoring of internal working pressure (normal operating range: 0.3–0.5 MPa);
Lifting lugs, drain ports and spare connection nozzles reserved on cylinder side for installation & maintenance.
(2) Top Components: Array of Right-Angle Electromagnetic Pulse Valves
Each valve consists of an electromagnetic pilot coil (black electric actuator on top) and an aluminum alloy main valve body, controlled by small pilot air tubing.
Working logic:A pulse controller sends instantaneous electric signal → pilot valve releases pressure instantly → main valve fully opens rapidly → high-pressure air jets downward sharply to clean filter bags; valve closes immediately after signal cut-off to refill air into the header tank.
Multi-valve inline arrangement matches rows of filter bags inside dust collector, enabling sequential timed cleaning for separate bag groups.


3. Operating Principle
Compressed air continuously fills and pressurizes inside the air header;
Supporting pulse control cabinet sends timed electric signals to each pulse valve one by one;
Individual pulse valve opens momentarily, blasting high-speed airflow into blow tubes to strike corresponding filter bags;
Vibration from air impact shakes off dust accumulated on bag surface into bottom ash hopper, preventing filter bag blockage and excessive system resistance.
4. Application Industries
