Structural feature
The performance advantage of this valve mainly comes from its unique "piston type" structural design. Unlike common diaphragm valves, OPTIPOW 105 replaces a large area diaphragm with an integral piston as the core moving component.
Long lifespan: The piston type structure significantly reduces the violent movement of the diaphragm, greatly reducing the risk of fatigue damage. The design life can reach millions of times, and the durability is far superior to ordinary diaphragm valves.
Stable operation: The piston component is made of glass fiber reinforced PA6.6 polyamide material. When closed, it precisely falls back by the weight of the piston, ensuring that the airflow is instantly cut off after the signal stops.
Low impact: The polyurethane rubber pad at the bottom of the valve seat can effectively cushion when the piston is closed, reducing the impact on the valve body and extending the life of the filter bag.
Sealed tightly: Key parts of the valve body are sealed with fluorine resistant rubber or nitrile rubber O-rings to ensure reliable operation even under high pressure.
