Traditional loose air receiver assemblies frequently suffer from air leaks in welded pipework and misalignment of valve seats, resulting in significant compressed air wastage and insufficient pulse-jet pressure. Incomplete filter bag cleaning leads to filter media blockage and a sharp rise in system resistance. The Optipow integrated air tank assembly utilises a precision-cast valve body and flange sealing structure, ensuring stable pressure-bearing performance and long-term leak-free operation at standard dust collection air supply pressures of 0.4–0.6 MPa. Currently, numerous domestic dust collection equipment manufacturers and environmental protection operation and maintenance companies are purchasing this assembly and a full set of wear parts in bulk.
