Core Structure & Working Principle

2.1 Structural Features

  • Right-angle Design: The air inlet and outlet are at a 90° right angle, perfectly matching the installation layout of dust collector air tanks and blowpipes, ensuring smooth airflow and low resistance.

  • Insert-type Structure: The outlet end is plug-in type, which can be directly inserted into the air tank for easy installation and space saving.

  • Single Diaphragm Design: Simple structure, fast response speed, suitable for economical dust removal systems.

2.2 Working Principle

The valve consists of three main parts: solenoid coil, diaphragm assembly, and valve body. It realizes fast opening and closing through electrical signals from the pulse controller:

  1. Normally Closed State: When the coil is de-energized, the diaphragm tightly seals the valve port under the action of spring force and air chamber pressure, and compressed air cannot pass through.

  2. Opening & Blowing: When the coil receives a DC24V pulse signal, it generates a magnetic field to attract the spool, the rear air chamber of the valve quickly releases pressure, forming a pressure difference before and after the diaphragm, instantly opening the valve port, and high-speed compressed air blows into the dust filter bag to complete ash cleaning.

  3. Automatic Closing: After the pulse signal disappears, the spool resets, the rear air chamber is re-pressurized, the diaphragm quickly resets under pressure, closes the valve port, and waits for the next blowing.
