CA35T/RDA40 DIAPHRAGM VALVE COMPLETE WITH SOLENOID 

Essence: This is a right-angle electromagnetic Pulse Diaphragm Valve (Pulse Jet Diaphragm Valve), which is the core actuator of the Baghouse dust cleaning system and is equivalent to a "high-speed switch" for compressed air.

Principle: The pulse controller outputs an electrical signal. Once the solenoid valve coil is energized, the pressure in the pilot chamber is released, and the main diaphragm instantly opens to spray high-pressure compressed air into the filter bag, achieving dust cleaning. After power failure, the diaphragm resets and the valve closes.
